Enduro, Hare and Hounds and Enduro Tryout Days with WOR Events

WOR Events are pleased to announce that plans and preparation are falling very nicely into place for this coming weekends GAS GAS XC round 2 at the superb TYFOS Estate in Llandrillo , Near Corwen, North Wales.

 

The club have not used the venue for 2 years now (in order to give the land and neighbours a break) and any one that has any memories of the venue can rip them up and forget them as a brand new 7 mile circuit has been designed and is having the finishing touches put to it this week.

 

A complete new 100 acre woodland/forest will be incorporated into the track that has never seen a motor cycle wheel yet alone 250 of them!! This new woodland will then link some moto x style fields (2.4 miles of them) down to some metalled fire roads and back into the new pits and start area at the farm yard.

 

Saturday see's the ever popular Race Experience day run from 10am to 4pm, offering the riders open practice with the advantage of advice and a 1 hour timed session.

Aimed at beginners and youths through to clubman and ladies that relish quality time on the bike in a professional and safe environment.

 

Sunday then has 2 races…the 2 hour am event starting at 10am for Sportsman / Novice / Over 40 and Youth (14-16) followed by the 2.5 hr pm event that kicks off at 1pm with the Pros/ Experts/ clubman and championship veterans taking on the cross country challenge that the WOR team will have cooked up.

 

Another very positive thing regarding this weekends events is the fact that good weather is on it's way, which really would be a first for 2008 in the WOR Events.
