Press release from recent noise testing Details
Press release for the next few events Details
In connection with the recent news regards riders entering both a Saturday and Sunday and gaining unfair advantage over riders who just ride Sunday please note this has been slightlty revised and any rider who rides in the Sportsman, Novice or Youth AM race will be allowed to ride the race experiencer day to gain extra time on the bike. Please note competive riders in the Over 40, Clubman etc classes are still not allowed to ride both days.
WOR have arranged to have a qualified ACU noise tester present at Carog Isa on the 10th & 11th May. We will actively testing random bikes all day on both days. Please ensure your 4 stroke motocross bike is fitted with either an enduro silencer or a db dawg. Also remember if you havent re-packed your silencer 2 stroke and 4 stroke recently it is well worth checking it. If you havent done this before please read the following Details
WOR's BAN on noisy four stroke MX pipes (and noisy unpacked 2 strokes) is certainly working and several riders were simply turned away and not allowed to ride as their machines did not comply with the new zero tolerance rules that WOR have established. This is very positive move forward for future of the sport.
WOR will very soon have noise meters at the start and at various locations on the track and any bike that has a reading above the limit will be removed from the results (if tested before the start you will have the option to repack and be tested again)
We are finding many riders dont even know they need to repack the silencer on a regular basis, if you aren't its only a matter of time before your too loud. Please read the following information
With immediate effect no riders will be allowed to ride both a Saturday RED and the following Sunday Race. The race experience day is designed to introduce new riders into the sport not for riders to practice and view Sundays track. From now on the first lap on Sunday will be equall to all racers. So any one who is racing Sunday will no longer be allowed to ride any part of the track on a Saturday.
WOR have received numerous complaints from Till Hill Forestry regards riders ILLEGALLY riding in the Llandrillo forests. This MUST stop now or WOR will loose the use of these venues. They are private land and you can not just turn up with your trailer when it suits. WOR have installed CCTV Cameras on all forest entrances and any one found to be entering the forests will be BANNED for life, no second chances YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Contary to yesterdays news this weekend will NOT be returning to Maeshafn, unfortunatly the car park area is not drying out as planned and in the interest of not damaging the field any more the land owner has asked us to make other arrangements. So Round 1 of the Acerbis Sprint Scramble will now be at Llandrillo Forest Details
Due to moving this Sundays event to Llandrillo Forest we are able to add an open practice day on the Saturday. This will be similar to the race experience days but with out a race. You will be able to do as much riding as you like from 10:00am through till 3:00pm Details
Round 1 of the Acerbis Sprint Scramble which was postponed last Sunday has been confirmed for Maeshafn this Sunday.
