Its just another way of using the amazing OG of Extreme Enduro venues, NANTMAWR QUARRY Its aimed at being, DOABLE, FUN, CHALLENGING, ACHIEVABLE and ENTERTAINING!!! ... Saturday is a Hard Enduro PLAYDAY that allows you a "freeride" of the awesome venue.. Then SUNDAYs race is a HARD ENDURO that Novice and Sportsman can enjoy whilst still challenging the Experts and Clubman .. Its always a fantastic event at this quarry .
Everyone has heard about the Tough One's little Brother ....He was a spin off of the main big TOUGH ONE that started and ruled the UK Extreme Enduro scene for 15 years, Starting back in the mid Noughties...The Tolb has been and still is a fantastic event in its own right... But some folk have asked for a bit of a bigger challenge... Not the severity or Hard Ness of the old T1 but a longer race and slightly "upped" sections in the quarry...Well you asked and its now here ..we got intouch with the little brothers DEAD ARD COUSIN..and he's agreed to come over on Sunday 8th February and "sort everyone out!!!" ....
The Nantmawr quarry needs NO INTRODUCTION and the venue is by far the best in the UK for its veiwing and accessibility for pit crew, families and spectators to watch and enjoy... The entire course is set upon 3 layers of quarry and you can walk around all of it and get to all of the sections within minutes due to the "stadium" type feel of the place.... Enduro and Dakar Legend, Cyril Depress hit the nail on the head when he rode the T1 in 2008... He said its like an indoor enduro ..Outdoors!!!" ..Great fun for everyone... and remember with the WOR teams experience and planning ..The course will be doable, rideable and acheivable without becoming not "fun" ...Its not a boil the kettle, stuck waiting event..it retains all elements of what its about.. RACING!!!!! Extreme Enduro Style...
