It states quite clearly on our entries and pricing information online where you entered. That unless you contact us 48 hrs prior to the START TIME of the event that YOU HAVE ENTERED Then the event no show fee is owed - £30 per rider for PLAYDAYS & £40 PER RIDER FOR RACEDAY. It's quite simply zero tolerance on this matter and I'm sure you understand we are running a business and if folk keep doing this then there will be no events.
