MEIFOD CANCELLED THIS WEEKEND !!

We are very sorry to announce a tough decision has been taken this morning TUESDAY 9/9/25 to CANCEL THIS WEEKENDS EVENT at MEIFOD MWB.

Enduro Playday Saturday 13th and WES 25 HH for Tinys RD 6 / Juniors / Adults RD 7 on Sunday 14th .. THESE WESS ROUNDS ARE NOW DROPPED and wont be replaced!!

Simply NOT ENOUGH RIDERS ARE PRE ENTERED online to support or justify the team to start the project .. Its a massive undertaking not just financially, but physically and logistically to create and make an event of MWB's stature... There where less than 45 riders booked in for the WHOLE weekend... !!!!!!!!!! And for a venue as good as MWB, its one of the best in the UK... that is shocking .. what is mind boggling is nearly 400 where booked in for last weeks stubble cross w/pool wkend on the same day other big events where on meaning alot of riders are out there....... the whole scene makes no sense at moment..

Riders Booking in on a Thursday or Friday does not help the situation. . and maybe our wor schedule has got just too busy this Sept ...but thing is, even if we dont run this weekend folk will still go and ride somewhere so maybe an event everyweekend is NOT the reason for the lack of pre entries... who knows... 

And we dont want to do the BEGGING / THREATS thing anymore and the usual response, of if, in the next 24hrs folk dont enter then event will be cancelled.. We have just simply taken the decision today to act.

All entries for MEIFOD have been deleted. 

MOST IMPORTANTLY THE SAME GOES FOR THE EVENT THE WEEK AFTER AT LUDLOW - Get entered PLEASE or that wont happen either!!!
