NORA MEIFOD RD 3 RACE WRAP

"Dylan Dusts Them" at Nora British Hare n Hounds rd 3 ....@ WOR Endurows amazing MID WALES BORDERS venue , Meifod .
It was dusty to say the least ..but the WOR team created and produced a magic track of nearly 7 miles a lap that had a little bit of EVERYTHING that you would want in a perfect Hare n Hounds Enduro lap.
The New for 2025 NORA BRITISH HARE HOUNDS ENDURO CHAMPIONSHIP has been great so far and with 4 more rds left to go its shaping up to become WOR's big series in its inaugural year....
Running like clockwork in the testing conditions of Dust / Heat .. (thirsty work for all) the event was well received by all the riders and as always at MWB/MEIFOD, if youve not ridden there before it becomes your favourite venue ( or one of em) soon as you go round the rolling fields and linking trails.
Natural crests and rolling dips make even the most Novice rider feel like a riding god as they float through the air effortlessly and get to feel what theyve bought a dirt bike for!!! There are also some challenging woods sections that spice up the entire feel of the event and the spectators at this one get a real treat as it offers brilliant veiws of the racing.
There where some real stand out rides throughout ALL of the 3 races ...From the Tinys through to the Experts and Race Boss Steve Ireland will as always touch on these and shout out the worthy riders in a full video race report on the WOR social media platforms later in the week.
A massive well done to ALL the riders but for now the big winners where:

Big thanks to Nora Motorsport , landowners, medics, caterers, spares shop, Results team, Track safety team , Course builders and Dismantle team , Sponsors and everyone involved in making these events what they are...Biggest thanks as ever though to THE RIDERS for entering and supporting the event.
NB : Steve will have a couple of points to announce this coming week that need addressing and are clearly in the dos and donts and the events final instructions....BUT HERE THEY ARE NOW FOR A HEADS UP!!!
1. Electric Bikes being used around the paddock by Spectators/ Parents / Riders family / and so on - both of an evening and in the day. THIS MUST STOP !! Adults and Kids and sometimes carrying a passenger!!!! !! ( pedal assist is ok!!) - ONLY BOOKED ON RIDERS FOR THE EVENTS can ride Starks/ Surrons / Revis / Osets etc.
2. Litter being deliberately left in pits and the camping area and even more alarmingly thrown outside of venue in surrounding lanes.
3. No Show Riders - Dont ignore the fact you OWE the £50 no show fee.... Failure to pay will mean no longer can book in online without FULL pre payment.
4. Riders on the SATURDAY playday FIRST FEW LAPS/ HOUR OR SO simply blasting through tapes and knocking track down and arrows on the floor, they are being too eager and maybe lack of control or ability or sheer adrenaline is making a problem that no one wants. RESPECT THE PLAYDAY track for the first hour or so till its marked in!! Otherwise we will close the course, live in situ, on the day, for a few hours to fix...Hurting everyones riding time. And in the same vein...If a marshal is there fixing the tapes and track, Do Not just deliberately nearly clip them or ride through the tapes by them ..SLOW DOWN AND RESPECT THEM!!!
5. Any rider onsite going anywhere on their bike ..No matter how slow MUST HAVE A HELMET ON!!!
A breach or repeat of any of the above Points will mean unfortunately you wont be welcome at our events anymore!!!
