It states quite clearly on our entries and pricing information online where you entered. That unless you contact us 48 hrs prior to the event that YOU HAVE ENTERED ,to cancel you will owe the NO SHOW FEE of £50 www.worevents.com/info/pricing The event no show fee is owed. £50 per rider. Should be £65 for your entry!! (£55 for PLAYDAYS) You have committed to enter the event and have taken places that now are too late to be filled. It's quite simply zero tolerance on this matter and I'm sure you understand we are running a business and if folk keep doing this then there will be no events.
